Hormones Can Be a Headache... Literally!

Have you ever had a throbbing, pounding headache? Pain that just wouldn’t stop on one side of your head? You may have even felt nauseated or had a sensitivity to light and sounds. Migraine headaches can have many triggers, and for women especially, fluctuating hormone levels can often be the culprit.
