Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)

Bioidentical hormone pellet therapy is an easy, convenient and optimal treatment for men and women suffering from the symptoms of hormonal imbalance without the side effects of traditional synthetic hormone therapy. In addition, the body does not experience extreme highs and lows because hormone delivery is constantly maintained.

Labs:

Necessary blood work is typically covered by patient’s insurance. For uninsured patients, initial screening panel is approximately $275.

Bioidentical Hormone Therapy:

Due to the widely varying needs of patients, costs depend on type of therapy needed as well route of hormone delivery (injections, pellets, other medications).

$2400 – $3100 for one year BHRT contract (including all consultations and pellet implants)
$150 – $250/month for bioidentical hormone injections

Weight Loss / Maintenance Programs

All weight loss programs have a Weight Loss Phase and a Maintenance Phase. The duration of the each phase will be determined with the Nutritionist in the Initial Consultation.

Initial Weight Loss Consultation:

$70 for initial, comprehensive consultation

Comprehensive Weight Loss / Maintenance Program (weekly appointments):

$320/month Weight Loss Phase
$100/month Maintenance Phase

Monthly Weight Loss / Maintenance Program:

$125/month Weight Loss Phase
$69/month Maintenance Phase

Healthy Habits – Nutrition / Lifestyle Consulting:

$70 for initial, comprehensive consultation
$50 for 30 minute follow up appointments
20% discount applied if four 30 minute follow up appointment are purchased at one time

Methods of Payment

We require payment up front for our services with credit card or check. We currently do not accept insurance cards for payment of our services. However, if any patient would like to file a claim with their insurance company, we would be happy to provide documentation of their visit and services provided but we do not work directly with any of the insurance companies.
